We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dream Mailboxe purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items that have been installed
- Items damaged due to improper installation
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
